Solio Alfa Plus 2-Year Warranty: What's Covered & How to Claim

Soliodevices include a 2-Year built-in warranty. If your device isn’t working properly, we’ll be happy to service it and return it in working order, or replace it with a new one.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping products back to us, but we are happy to cover the cost of shipping for the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Only the original buyer may use the warranty. If you would like to replace or repair your Soliodevice, please contact us at contact@silkncure.com. You will be asked to provide a receipt or invoice of your purchase, confirming your name, order number and date of purchase in order to receive a Return Authorization (RAN) from us.

If you ship a product back to us for return or repair, be sure to wrap and pack it properly so that no damage is caused to it during shipping, as we are only able to provide refunds for unopened, unused products in new condition. Any damages to the product caused during shipping are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.

If you are shipping a product back to us, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number so that we can track its journey back to us.

Is Solio Gel covered under warranty?

SolioGels are not covered under the terms of this Warranty.
