Your visit to this Site and purchase of any product binds you to the following Terms and Conditions set forth. We reserve the right to change the Terms of this Agreement at any time without notifying you. Please read through the following User Agreement & Terms of Service before using the Site. Please note that any payment over 400 USD (by credit card) will have to go through the credit card provider for confirmation and verifications of the transactions (before shipping the order). If the billing and shipping address are not the same we will have to cancel the transaction and issue full refund.
If you have placed an order with www.soliotherapy.com and wish to cancel it, you may do so within 2 hours of completing the order, as we usually process orders and ship them as soon as they come in. Processing time can vary between 1 – 2 working days, depending on the time and day of the week the order is placed.
We offer 75% refunds, minus the cost of expedited shipping fees ($39), and minus the cost of any extra used gels (besides the one in the device box), for products that have returned to us within 60 days from the date that the package was received. In order to begin the refund process, please be in touch with us at contact@soliotherapy.com .In case the item return to us new and unopen we will refund the amount paid minus shipping cost ($39) and minus 5% of the total order price.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping products back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged. The item must be in its original packaging including the accessories/gels that came with. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit with a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item and other further shipping costs if necessary. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund ($39 expedited shipping).
If your item is damaged or defective, we will be happy to repair or replace it. Please email us with the problem before shipping the products to us, we may very well be able to help you via email communication.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by Customs inspections in the recipient’s country, nor are we responsible for any Customs duties, VAT, or sales tax charges you may be charged upon delivery.
